  • COVID-19 vaccination certificates, recovery certificates, or COVID-passports are no longer required for passengers travelling to Azerbaijan by air.
  • There is no requirement to present a QR-coded COVID certificate at airport check-in.
  • However, Azerbaijan’s land borders remain closed to passenger traffic, a measure in place since 2020.
  • The entry to Azerbaijan is currently permitted only via international flights.
